In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winrupis", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the winrupis platform and its operating entity, which holds an international online gaming licence and operates the website accessible at https://winrupis.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the winrupis platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal winrupis account created by a Player upon successful registration, accessed via the winrupis login process.
• "Platform" means the winrupis website, mobile interface, games lobby, sports betting section, and all associated services available at https://winrupis.net.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's winrupis Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by winrupis subject to wagering requirements as communicated at the point of offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which is the functional currency of all winrupis Accounts.

By accessing the winrupis Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with winrupis's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winrupis Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Use of the winrupis Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. winrupis strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering you confirm you are 21 or older.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of winrupis is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business entity, or syndicate when placing wagers on winrupis.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of winrupis or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or licensed studios.
• You must not be self-excluded from the winrupis Platform or from online gambling more broadly under any self-exclusion scheme to which winrupis is a signatory.

winrupis reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill issued in Pakistan within the preceding 90 days), and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

To access real-money gameplay on winrupis you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all winrupis Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one winrupis Account. If you already hold a winrupis Account, you must not register an additional Account. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed and any balances may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrupis login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. winrupis will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Password Requirements: Your password must meet the minimum security requirements specified during registration. winrupis recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your winrupis Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winrupis Support immediately via the live chat facility on the Platform.
• Account Currency: winrupis Accounts are denominated in PKR. This cannot be changed after registration.

winrupis reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

5.1 Deposits. winrupis accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed on the deposit screen within your Account.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by winrupis subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and the satisfaction of any active Wagering Requirements. winrupis targets the following non-binding processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–15 minutes; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank within one business day. These are target timelines and not contractual guarantees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless winrupis Support has explicitly authorised an alternative method in writing.
• winrupis may require identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal being held until documentation is received and approved.
• winrupis reserves the right to limit the amount or frequency of withdrawals in any given period for security or compliance reasons.
• Any winrupis Bonus Balance that has not satisfied its applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the Real Money Balance unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

5.4 Fees. winrupis does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, over which winrupis has no control.

5.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account with a positive balance that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. winrupis reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

winrupis offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and PSL cricket season specials. The following general conditions apply to all winrupis promotions:

• Bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bet per round while a Bonus Balance is active, and expiry date.
• winrupis Bonus Balances may only be used on games and markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using a Bonus Balance on ineligible games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate Accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• winrupis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a Player at the point of modification will be honoured.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the winrupis Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer titles, real physical dealing conducted under studio regulations. winrupis cannot and does not influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session.

7.2 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules of the game or market in question. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the decision of winrupis, following review of server-side logs, is final and binding.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction — including server interruption, connection loss, or software error — during gameplay, the outcome of any affected round may be voided at the sole discretion of winrupis. If a round is voided, stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. winrupis is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on winrupis, including PSL and other cricket markets, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the Platform's sports section. Odds are subject to change prior to settlement. Early settlement offers, if available, are subject to the terms stated at the point of offer. winrupis reserves the right to void or suspend any market in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to match abandonment, corruption investigations, or data feed failures.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. winrupis may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Such limits, where applicable, are displayed within the game or market interface. Winnings in excess of any stated limit will be capped at the stated limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winrupis Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling winrupis to close your Account and forfeit all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human involvement.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other Platform errors for financial gain. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to winrupis Support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal conduct.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person in connection with a winrupis Account.
• Any activity that compromises, damages, or disrupts the security, integrity, or normal operation of the winrupis Platform, including attempted hacking or denial-of-service attacks.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to mask your true location for the purpose of accessing winrupis from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of systematic arbitrage betting that, in winrupis's reasonable determination, constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing or bonus structures.

All content on the winrupis Platform — including but not limited to the winrupis brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of winrupis or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform;
• Use the winrupis brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Platform by any automated means.

Any unauthorised use of winrupis intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winrupis's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your winrupis Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winrupis shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, revenue, or business opportunity;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss;
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside winrupis's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failure);
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in contravention of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winrupis's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

winrupis collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winrupis processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and winrupis login authentication; identity verification and fraud prevention; processing of PKR deposits and withdrawals; compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations; customer support; responsible gaming monitoring; and targeted marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

winrupis does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers (including payment processors and identity verification partners) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details of data sharing arrangements, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.

winrupis is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Online gambling is intended as entertainment and carries a risk of financial loss. winrupis strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and play within their means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all winrupis account holders and can be accessed from the account dashboard following winrupis login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and optional disconnection after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from winrupis for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a maximum of 5 years or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the elected period.

13.1 Closure by winrupis. winrupis reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• The Player's access to the Platform is determined to be unlawful under the laws of the Player's jurisdiction;
• Identification that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed by winrupis due to confirmed fraudulent conduct or material breach of these Terms, winrupis is entitled to forfeit the entire Account balance. In all other cases of closure by winrupis, the Player's verified Real Money Balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.2 Closure by Player. You may close your winrupis Account at any time by contacting Support via live chat. Upon request, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you following completion of standard verification procedures. Active Bonus Balances that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

winrupis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winrupis will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the winrupis Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under winrupis's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winrupis's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

winrupis operates an internal complaints procedure as follows: (i) submit your complaint in writing to winrupis Support via live chat or by email to [email protected]; (ii) winrupis will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days; (iii) if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body under winrupis's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
